Shipping

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping GROHE products sold through Costco Next. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Shipping Destinations 

Currently, GROHE offers shipping in the United States only. We are unable to deliver to APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders (mail drop locations), or international addresses. Additionally, within the U.S., GROHE is unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, and a few limited areas.

Processing Time

All online orders will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that order processing may take up to 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and third-party carrier. You must provide a valid email address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an email confirmation from our secure payment server. You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Cancellation Requests

If you order has not shipped and is not being prepared for shipment, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Please call us at 855-815-4726 for assistance with cancellations. If your order is no longer able to be cancelled, the terms of our Return Policy will apply.

Delivery

All GROHE products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect all deliveries and if there are any problems/damages noted with the product at the time of delivery, reject the delivery and reach out to GROHE at 855-815-4726  to initiate a refund or replacement shipment. Damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving of the package.

Missing Items

In the rare event that we process an order incorrectly or an item is missing, we will gladly replace it within 30 days from when it is received. To report missing items from your order, please call Customer Care at 855-815-4726.
